​​​Vibrant Darbhanga programme was organized on 28th November 2013 at Visheshwar Singh Sabhagaar, Bela Palace, Darbhanga by DBG Film Club in collaboration with E Samaad.

Darbhanga city has its own golden history. Darbhanga was the capital city of Tirhut/Mithila region from 1577 AD after the establishment of Mughal Empire in 1526 in India, and Raj Darbhanga was the Governing Body/Caretaker of Tirhut/Mithila region of India in Mughal Empire.

This program was organized with the aim of spreading awareness among the people about Darbhanga's golden history and the heritage of Darbhanga.
